Nowadays, China is adopting the strategy of innovation to promote development, taking the initiative to adapt and leading the ecomonic development. Recently, BBD INDEX provide a systematic analysis for the intermediary agencies for the listed companies (including the delisting and excluding application which have not been listed) in Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock transfer system of small and medium-sized enterprises of the main board and small and medium-sized panels, the gem and the new three board .And BBD INDEX introduced a “Top listing of the intermediary agency for providing service for Chinese listing companies”

On the TOP 50 accounting firms for IPO business area ,the top 10 were Shu Lun Pan, Rui hua, Da Jian, Da Hua, ShineWing, GT, Da Xin, Baker Tilly, Beijing Xinhua, PWC Zhongtian Since 1990 to 2015
The Top 5 of the turnover list of Main Market were Shu Lun Pan,Rui Hua,Tianjian, ShineWing,Da Hua. Top 5 of the turnover list of small medium-size were Shu Lun Pan, Tianjian, Ruihua, Da Hua,ShineWing, the Top 5 of the turnover list of GEM were Shu Lun Pan, RuiHua,Tianjian,Da hua ,ShineWing; Top 5 of the new three board were Ruihua, Shu Lun Pan, Beijing Xinhua, Dahua, Tianjian. Besides all these Shu Lun Pan were the top of the Main Market, small medium-size market and GEM. However Ruihua has participated 677 single listed companies and ranking the first, far more than the second one Shu Lun Pan (540 single).
The Big Four in China PWD, Deloitte, EY, KPMG ranking 10th 16th 17th and 25th of the all. Their main turnover are in the main market while do not have much in the small-medium size market, GEM or the new three market.
In the Top 20 of the IPO turnover in China CPA firm, the top 5 were Shu Lun Pan, Ruihua,Tianjian, Dahua and Beijing Xinhua, and the new three board were the most shiny part. Only in the year 2015, the companies hosted in the new three board were more than 90% of all the hosted companies in the market.
